I am in the middle of making an angel food cake (mix) and it calls for a tube cake pan: 375 degrees & 35-40 minutes. I don’t have one, and was planning on using a 9X13 cake pan so I need to know the time difference, and temperature difference if any. Thanks!!
I am looking to buy my sister an angel food cake pan that is 16-18" inch in diameter, but can’t find one anywhere. I know they are available because I have seen bakers with them, but can’t track one down. Help!
