I have these 2 heart pans….so I thought I will pour half and half into both..
(I don’t have an angel food cake pan)
My heart pans are little bit over 10 inches and only a bit over 2 inches..will this work??
10 inches long and 2 inches width

I am making pound cake but I want a layer cake, not the tube pan or "angel food cake pan" style. The recipe calls for me to bake the cake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees F, but that’s for the tube pan. What should I do for my two 9" round pans?
