Wilton Course I Class II Character Cake

Wow did I learn alot about this course and making butter cream from scratch. I tried to do everything home made instead of just going out to buy it and it came out really wrong but it was corrected in the next batch I made and everything worked out with a thick consistancy for the stars on the character cake. Look for next week we are doing Clowns / Barbie heads for those who want to do that.

uhm, you mntioned u made buttercream from scratch, im really looking for a good recipe now, i really hope you could help me! what type of buttercream is this one? is it white or butter color? is this the type that hardens up? im really looking forward to your response!!! thanks!!!

Hi! Um, the picture in the just beginning of the video, what did you mean with that? You know, the monkey..? Okey, I like the idea, I mean it iis a creativ thought, but why did you made the teletubbies like brown, and not in the colours that they are in meantime? I don’t say that I did not like the ideas of yours, becouse you have are able to do a cake as you want it! So, good job! You are getting better and better! Byebye!

Hopefully you’re up for constructive criticism. I’m starting Course I this week and I hope I learn to decorate better than the Teletubby cake you showed. Not trying to be mean but you put stuff out here to get opinions right. Yeah, that was pretty ugly. But, hopefully you’re getting better.

Thanks for your comment and it was what it was at that time, I was at that time learning and didn’t know what I was doing but when you take the class you will find out, it’s the technique not what you are doing with it, I was learning stars and now I’m designing master wedding cakes and have my own company. Again thanks for the comments.
